The project "Millstones of Time" by Ukrainian contemporary artist Victor Sydorenko was showed in frames of the 50th International Biennale of Art in Venice in 2003 and has never been exhibited before in any gallery. Also it will be the first presentation of the project in America. "Millstones of Time" includes installation, video, photography, sculptures and paintings. The video from the project is the main part of permanent multi media exposition in KIASMA – Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki, Finland, which is one of the most important collections of contemporary art in Europe. This short 6-minutes long film will be also presented at the opening. "Millstones of Time" history: 2003 – 50th Biennale in Venice 2004 – National Art Museum of Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine) 2004 – KIASMA (contemporary art museum, Helsinki, Finland) 2010 – Black Square Gallery (Miami, USA) Black Square Gallery is glad to present for American viewers this exclusive and high-level art project.
